My name is Belinda, I am in my mid-thirties and I have recently moved to London from the Midlands.

I spent the majority of the first 25 years of my life living and breathing textiles – I come from a long line of ‘textile folk’ (with a chartered accountant thrown in for good measure), and I trained in textile production. However, all good things come to an end, and I now work in an office doing something entirely different.

I make up for this by spending a large proportion of my spare time playing with fabric and yarn. When I’m not doing something textile-y, I can be found doing the whole ‘tourist’ thing in and around London.

I started my blog with the intention of sharing my projects (and thereby forcing myself to finish some of them) and writing about my time in London. Thank you for visiting B x
